Steve is a co-founder of MammothDB, a big data analytics database company. Prior to MammothDB, Steve was the CEO of Xentio, a software development company specialising in enterprise application development. Before that, he was CEO of Sciant – Bulgaria’s largest software application development company. Steve grew Sciant to over 300 people and opened offices throughout Bulgaria and Vietnam before successfully leading its sale to VMware (VMW) in late 2007. Before Sciant, Steve worked in Australia as general manager at BMCMedia, Asia Pacific’s largest online advertising agency. Steve is an active public speaker in the region, with one of his speeches being featured on TED.com. He has spoken at numerous events, from the Economics Ministry in Latvia through to corporate events for Naspers and other firms.
