Patricia has 12 years of experience working in Human Resources departments of companies in different sectors such as Danone, Everis, Imperial Tobacco and currently Revlon. Previously, she has had developing roles like HR Business Partner, Head of People and Head of Talent and Performance.

Her professional career has been focused on linking business needs with HR context in multinational environment, leading the deployment of global policies and best practices into local HR programmes with big orientation to sales teams.

Patricia has degree in Psychology, Masters in Human Resources and Labor Law and MBA from ESADE/NYU. She calls herself a world citizen as she has worked in USA, UK, France, Portugal, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Spain.
