Aitor Larrabe has a wide international experience in Human Resources and Talent Management.

From his current position as Talent Director at Ferrovial, his ultimate goal is to promote employee growth by helping them reach their maximum potential. Framed within a Talent Management strategy that is marked by a highly innovative, business driven, and user focused approach, for Aitor Ferrovial´s Corporate University is one of the most powerful tools to achieve optimal levels of success: an institution that acts not only as a learning center delivering high quality, tailored Talent Programs, but is also Ferrovial´s main centre of dissemination of corporative culture, collaborative spirit and catalyst to new trends.

Previously, Aitor worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb where he was Human Resources Director of Spain, Director of Talent for the R&D organization in the US and subsequently, Director of Talent EMAC (Europe, Canada and Australia) Region.

Before joining BMS, he worked for Goodyear-Dunlop as Human Resources EEMEA and Talent Director, and previously held various positions within the Human Resources and Talent Management in international companies such as Microsoft, Schwarz Pharma and Marks & Spencer.

Aitor holds a Law degree from the Autonomous University of Madrid and a Master in Human Resources Management from the Instituto de Empresa Business School in Madrid.

In addition, he is a visiting professor at several programs of the Instituto de Empresa Business School and Patron of the Dravet Syndrome Foundation.
