Elise is the Head of Talent Management and Development at Solvay, a global chemical company with 30 000 people in 52 countries. She is in charge of group policies, processes and best practices regarding talent acquisition, employer branding, learning and career management and performance.

Elise has been working for Solvay for the past 20 years in very diverse domains starting in Research & Innovation, moving forward in Communication and finally Human Resources for the past 8 years. Her functions included Research & Innovation project leader for business, Communication Director of Research & Innovation, Human Resources Director for Research & Innovation before taking her current responsibilities in 2015.

Elise is a Chemical Engineer, graduated with a PhD (1995, Paris) and an MBA (2003, California, USA). She is based in Paris.
