Susan is currently in the position of Senior Learning and Training Manager, responsible for the Executive Development Curriculum at Bayer AG covering their top level leaders globally.

Over the last 20 years Susan has built her rounded HR expertise through roles including Talent Management and Leadership Development Europe for Bayer Healthcare AG; HR Business Partner and Learning and Development Manager at a Country level for Bayer Australia Ltd., enabling her to gain valuable cross cultural and international experience, with special skills in organizational development, change management and leadership development.

Susan holds a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from Victoria University (Melbourne, Australia), and a Graduate Diploma in Education Psychology from Monash University and is currently based in Cologne, Germany.
