Miguel Premoli is the VP Talent Management and Acquisition for PepsiCo Europe & South Sahara Africa, a 10 billon dollar division of PepsiCo with more than 60,000 employees. PepsiCo is one of the largest food and beverages companies in the world with 250,000 employees, revenues of 63 billion dollars and operations in more than 200 countries. It operates in three categories: Beverages, Food and Nutrition.

Mr Premoli has been working for PepsiCo for the last 15 years in regional and multi-country roles, as HR Business Partner and Talent Management Specialist in Latin America, North America and Europe.

His experience in the field of human resources is in the areas of strategic HR planning, talent management, talent acquisition, M&A and organisational development.

He started his career in Argentina, where he is from, and has extensive international experience working in companies such as Colgate Palmolive, Wal Mart Stores and Neoris Technology Partners.

He has published articles in many human resources and business magazines and was professor of Buenos Aires’ CEMA University. He is currently based in Barcelona.
