Michael Hennon is the VP of Sales & Marketing at Berkeley Executive Education. He is a graduate of the Berkeley Haas School of Business Executive MBA programme, where he focused on Design Thinking and Innovation. He also has an MA degree in Global Finance and Economic Integration and a BA in Economics & International Relations.
Michael is a guest lecturer at the Haas School of Business, and has delivered programmes on Applied Innovation, Customer Focused Design, and Global Strategy. He has also delivered Design Thinking workshops with the Berkeley Innovation Group to help clients reframe their strategy around innovation and reimagine how they deliver value.
By leading the Open Enrolment Portfolio and Digital Programmes for Berkeley Executive Education, Michael designs and builds impactful experiences that help business leaders develop "New Thinking for a New Economy".
Before joining Berkeley Executive Education, Michael worked with a Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation grant focused on digital agriculture to increase access to data for smallholder farmers in sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to that, he worked for Deloitte Consulting in the Business Model Transformation group where he worked with clients to design, build, and test new business models. Michael is guided by a core belief in the power of design and innovation to transform business models to drive growth.
