Leading Complex Projects, Programmes, and Portfolios (LCP3) is a global programme that was designed by Alliance Manchester Business School. Its goal is to help transform the way projects, programmes, and portfolios are won, designed, and delivered right across BAE Systems, by developing world-class leaders who get results and inspire others to achieve. Over the course of 18 months, participants develop skills and knowledge across six core competency themes – each bringing its own particular benefit to an individual’s leadership capability.
