How Fast Can the Fast Track Be in Executive Development?

17-Jan-2018 12:15 - 12:35

To ensure the cultural and organisational transformation of MOL Group, the LEAD programme was designed in 2013 to develop high-potential leaders in a two-year blended learning experience. The new approach to leadership development aims to produce the next generation of transformational leaders, enhancing leadership critical skills and bringing leaders together across borders to foster cooperation and a global mindset. LEAD was designed around three talent pools based on experience and scope, and so far has developed 122 leaders. The promotion rate resulting from the programme is more than double the average promotion rate in MOL Group. Based on the success of the first cohort, the award winning programme was launched for the third time in 2017, with a curriculum adjusted to the MOL Group 2030 Strategy in partnership with the School for Executive Education and Development (SEED) (Hungary), Thunderbird School of Global Management (US), and Cotrugli Business School (Croatia).
