Anthony was with McKinsey & Company for close to 25 years. Most of his professional life has been dedicated to developing the East European offices. Currently, he is leading the project to set up SEED – the School for Executive Education and Development – in Budapest (Hungary).

During his McKinsey years, Dr Radev was regularly a guest lecturer at leading business schools in Europe on the topics of leadership, strategy, and operational excellence.
