Inclusive Talent Management – Levelling the Playing Field for Women

17-Jan-2018 17:00 - 18:30

In many parts of the world, and in many sectors, women are entering organisations in equal proportion to their male counterparts.  But at every stage between entry level and the top of organisations, the number of women drops off. In senior positions, in particular at Executive Committee and Board level, women are heavily underrepresented. Together with the participants of this workshop, Hilary will explore some of the issues getting in the way of women’s aspirations for leadership. She will look at what organisations can proactively do to level the playing field for their high-potential female representatives.
