Title: Interactive Workshop: Leading Transformation in Complex Times
Objective: Equip participants with tools and methodologies to navigate complex transformations in their organizations using Action Learning, leading with open questions, and leveraging diverse perspectives.
The workshop will:
• Be highly practical enabling participants to develop their ideas and plans for unlocking transformation inside their own organization
• Leverage the story of leading transformation in the Patient Safety and Quality function at Philips as inspiration
• Explore the role culture plays in building a healthy ecosystem for change
• Distinguish between the complex and complicated elements of transformation challenges and how to address them appropriately
