Matthew is the founder and Managing Director of Emerging World, a leadership, talent, and employee engagement consultancy founded in 2004.  Its purpose is to create transformative experiences that engage people in tackling the issues that matter most.

Inspired by an ultimately life-changing experience in Mexico in 2001, Matthew came to appreciate the power of immersive learning experiences and their potential to make fundamental shifts in the way people perceive the world and how they behave. 

Working with global corporations such as EY, Johnson & Johnson, Maersk, Microsoft, Philips & Salesforce Matthew leads the business globally.

Based in Wales, UK, Matthew is extensively travelled having designed and/or facilitated leadership development experiences in over 50 different countries. 

He holds an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona, a BSc. in Psychology from Cardiff University and is WIAL-certified Senior Action Learning Coach.  He’s also the author of several papers on Action Learning and Corporate International Service Learning.

Matthew draws energy and inspiration from working with diverse groups of people and bringing meaning, purpose and opportunity to others.
