Tessa Melkonian is a Professor of Management and Organizational Behavior and is Head of Leadership Academy for New Futures at emlyon business school.
Her research focuses on the influence of perceptions of justice and exemplarity on employee cooperation in situations of change, and on collective performance in extreme situations. She has published several articles in French and international academic and professional journals, and is the author of a book on exemplarity, as well as several book chapters.
