Navarun is a talent and learning leader with over two decades of rich, cross-disciplinary experience spanning consulting, service delivery, operations, and HR. With a career shaped by experiments, wins, failures, and deep learning, he’s driven by a lifelong curiosity about how people and organizations grow, change, and sometimes decline.

He has been with Amazon for a decade now, currently leading all talent management initiatives for their European Consumer Fulfilment Operations—shaping how talent capabilities are built at scale across diverse, fast-moving environments. Prior to this role, he headed the Talent & Learning Products organization for AWS, and was the Global Head of Learning at Philips. Globally His career path has taken him across industries like technology, supply chain, eCommerce, oil & gas, IT services, and healthcare—where he's built and led high-performing teams, both large and small.

Navarun works at the intersection of stories, human experience, culture, neuroscience, and the future of work—areas where he sees real transformation taking root. With academic grounding in marketing and consumer sciences from India, and professional stints across APAC, EMEA, and North America, he brings a global and out of the box perspective to every conversation.

Outside of work, he’s an amateur storyteller, podcast junkie and (vegetarian) cook. Now based in Luxembourg, he continues to explore life with his two daughters and wife.
