Nina Haber currently works as Executive Director of People & Culture for Europe and Asia at WongDoody, a global marketing agency owned by the Indian tech corporation Infosys.
She is a global HR strategist, and founder of two training and strategy consultancies. With over two decades of experience in corporates as well as start-ups, she specializes in transforming HR practices to support corporate growth, guide post-merger transitions, and foster high-performance cultures.
A significant part of Nina’s career has been dedicated to Learning & Development, where she has created award-winning initiatives, including the renowned Babbel Academy. This innovative corporate learning program earned industry recognition for its modern approach to skill-building, highlighting her expertise in designing impactful learning ecosystems.
Nina has held leadership roles across various organizations, developing global leadership programs, and managing talent acquisition and retention. She founded Zügelführung, where she pioneered leadership training that includes experiential learning with horses, enhancing leaders’ self-awareness and team cohesion.
Outside of work, Nina is a national-level dressage competitor and lives near Berlin with her husband and two children. She brings a global perspective from having lived, worked, and studied in diverse locations, including Singapore, India, the US, UK, France, Estonia and Denmark. Her academic background includes an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School, a Diploma in Business Administration from the Berlin School of Economics, and a Master’s in Journalism and Politics from Berlin Free University.
Nina is known for her empathetic and insightful approach, helping leaders navigate complex organizational landscapes while championing diversity and cultural awareness. Her mission is to inspire leaders to foster connection, innovation, and sustainable growth within their organizations.
