Patrycja is a leadership and DEI advisor, facilitator, researcher, and strategist. She evolved into the role after over 18 years of corporate and senior leadership development consulting experience. She works with senior and executive leaders in management consulting, global law firms, financial institutions, large international organizations, and government entities. All solutions she develops are based on research and business knowledge. She is often asked to support organizations in implementing strategic changes, creating desired cultures, and building effective and inclusive teams. She deeply believes that what we can’t measure, we can’t challenge and improve. Data, analysis, and benchmarking are essential in creating lasting change and influence in one's leadership and the organization.
Academia is her second home. She is an adjunct professor and researcher at IE Business School in Madrid. She teaches leadership, mentorship/sponsorship, and inclusive leadership classes. She continues her scholarly work as an academic director, responsible for learning and content design at the executive education programs.
