Fay is a technology driven accountant, passionate about building skills for the future. She holds a first-class honours degree in Mathematics from The University of Sheffield, UK, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). In her role as Global Digital Skills Lead for Forvis Mazars, she has spent the past year building their Global Digital Academy. With the goal of “Building Smart Skillsets for the Future”, Fay has explored new, innovative ways to train their global teams with the future skills they need in our ever-evolving technology landscape.
