Najlaa Al Sager Serves as the Head of Talent Management for Group Human Resources at National Bank of Kuwait. Her area of expertise is in Human Resources with a specialization in Organization Design, Organization Development, Talent Management and Development, and Career Planning. She is currently responsible for the learning and development initiatives across the Group as well as identifying and developing the right talents to assume bigger roles. She is specialized in designing curriculums of the highest standards to ensure the educational journey is enriching and conducive; such as NBK RISE, NBK’s High Fliers Programs and the NBK Academies aimed to attract, develop and retain professionals.

She believes in the power of human capital, with learning and development being her passion.

Najlaa is one of the founders of the NBK RISE Women in Leadership Development Program, a first-of-its-kind Global Women Leadership Initiative.

Najlaa holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and a minor in English Language from the American University of Beirut and has obtained her Master’s in Business Administration from Gulf University of Science and Technology; having also earned Professional in Human Resources - International (PHRi) from HRCI - the Human Resources Certification Institution.
