Bachar has been leading Executive Education at INSEAD’s Middle East Campus in Abu Dhabi since 2009. In this role, he collaborates closely with different governments, corporate clients, and INSEAD faculty to design and deliver customized executive education programs tailored to meet specific client needs. His expertise lies in developing programs that align with the strategic goals and requirements of organizations across diverse industries.

Before joining INSEAD, Bachar held leadership positions at prominent global companies, including The Coca-Cola Company in France and L’Oréal, where he served as General Manager for the Luxury Division in Lebanon and Dubai.

A Syrian national, Bachar’s international experience spans Switzerland, the United States, France, the Middle East (Syria, Lebanon, UAE, and Saudi Arabia), and Canada. He completed his high school education in Lausanne, Switzerland, earned a BA from The George Washington University in 1993, and an MBA from École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in 2001. In 2018, he furthered his education by obtaining a Master in Change from INSEAD.
