Vlad Bog is an international HR executive with a career spanning over three decades.

Vlad holds a BA in Finance and Banking and a PGD in Personnel Management from Middlesex University, UK. His HR career began in 1993, fueled by a genuine interest in people and business dynamics.

Having been exposed to the most typical pitfalls that organizations face on their transformation journeys. Vlad is approaching organization issues from a practical angle with a focus on shared ownership and co-creation of solutions.
