In his current role as the Director of People & Culture at the International Freezone Authority (IFZA) in Dubai, he helps sustainably scaling and the organization and make it one of the most admired workplaces in the region. In addition to this, Tim is the founder of talentièr in Berlin, which helps companies refine and optimize their talent strategies. Beyond his corporate roles, he is a dedicated lecturer at business schools, actively involved in accrediting business programs, and serves as an honorary board member of Queb, the German Federal Association for Employer Branding & Recruiting.
