Sander joined ING in 2018 as their first Head of Global Employee Experience. Over the years the function has matured and activities have scaled across ING. With almost 20 years of experience in Marketing, Customer Experience and Employee Experience roles Sander has been responsible for numerous improvement initiatives. As ING is globalizing and harmonising its HR operating model and scaling other employee services, it is the responsibility of Sander, his Employee Experience team and their stakeholders to deliver personal, easy, relevant and instant experiences which engage and enable ING employees to make the difference for ING customers.
