She's recognized for pioneering innovative HR practices, championing employee well-being, and earning global HR leadership accolades, including being the top 20 HR leaders in the Middle East. Sara's mission is to align practices with workforce needs, fostering equity, and her initiatives have garnered widespread acclaim and recognition, such as earning her the title of CHRO of the year in 2023.
