Dr. Amanda Nimon-Peters is a behavioural scientist and a Professor of Leadership at Hult International Business School. She holds a first-class honours degree in psychology from the University of Adelaide, and a Ph.D. in behavioural science from the University of Cambridge. She has extensive senior management experience in a broad range of industries and geographies: As a team leader at Procter & Gamble in Europe and the Middle East; a board director for a housing charity in the UK; a successful startup founder in Dubai; the dean of a business school; and (once upon a time) the science team leader examining human impact at a field camp on Cuverville Island, Antarctic Peninsula.
