Michael Germershausen joined Antal Russia in 2003. Before starting his career in recruitment Michael had been working in the purchasing department for one of the world’s major automotive corporations. Within six years Michael recruited middle and senior managers for Russian and international companies in different industries and in 2009 he became General Manager of Antal Russia.

Michael is a real expert in top management head-hunting for international companies. Under his management Antal Russia has become one of the leading recruitment companies and entrenched in the market of Russia and Kazakhstan.

Michael is a frequent speaker and moderator at industry leading conferences and a frequent guest on TV and radio. Moreover he is the Chairman of the HR committee at the Association of European Business (AEB) in Russia.
