Karin Greven-Linden serves as Senior Manager of Leadership Development at Lufthansa Group Leadership Academy, offering comprehensive qualification and development opportunities for all executives of the Lufthansa Group. With over 20 years of experience in learning & development and expertise in leadership, she has contributed to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of various leadership initiatives. In 2016, Karin completed a master’s thesis on “Transformational Leadership in practice” based on a study project involving 20 Lufthansa Group executives including members of top management. She has contributed her knowledge to the design and implementation of a life cycle-oriented learning path to support executives from the first step into leadership and throughout their careers. Karin is passionate about creating spaces for leaders to experiment and to grow and her current responsibilities include the programme management of the F-Course in its 101st edition.
