Monica is a Senior L&D Practitioner, Team and Executive coach who works with leaders across a spectrum of industries and geographies with the objective of helping organizations becoming more agile and performant. Monica has close to 20 years of international business experience across different industries which include Food Beverages & Tobacco (Philippe Morris Spain), IT (Sun Microsystems), Professional Services (Accenture) and Executive Education (Center for Creative Leadership©, CCL©). Recently, at CCL, Monica has held senior positions with global responsibilities, being a member of the CCL Global Portfolio & Leadership Solutions group.
Her clients belong to the Top Fortune 500 Companies ranging from the Banking sector to the Pharmaceutical, Retail Consumer, Energy, and the New Technologies industry.
Monica partners with her clients to support them addressing the leadership and strategic side of their business challenges. When facilitating and coaching, she engages in impactful conversations, enabling executives to better serve their organisations by enhancing their leadership mindset and creating a culture of collaboration and engagement.
Prior to joining CCL in 2006, Monica lived in Madrid where she worked for Accenture Learning BPO Services, a comprehensive learning outsourcing offering that helps organizations drive measurable improvements in business performance from their learning and talent management investments. In this capacity, she managed complex international projects collaborating simultaneously with the St. Charles Training Centre (Accenture Corporate Development) as well as with the Milan and Madrid offices (Sun Microsystems Educational Services). Before joining Accenture Learning BPO Services, Monica worked as an HR professional at Philip Morris, Spain.
Monica grew up in Venice, educated in Italy and in Spain, she is currently based in Brussels, Belgium. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian and has a working knowledge of French. She holds a master’s degree in “Human Resources Management and Organization” from ESIC (Business & Marketing School, Madrid) and an MSc in Philosophy from the University of Venice. She is also certified to use a number of psychometric instruments and assessment tools.
Monica is a certified professional coach from the Coaches’ Training Institute (CTI), and she is an accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is also a trained Systemic and Relationships Coach (ORSC, London), and a licensed Career coach (Firework Coaching, Careershifters, UK). Monica is also a certified “Embodied Trainer and Coach” (EFC, London).
In 2014, she co-authored a chapter of the CCL “Coaching in Organizations Handbook”, published by Jossey-Bass.
