Jonathan Murphy is a senior executive and learning & development specialist working in Enterprise Ireland (EI), Ireland’s trade development agency. He is part of a team that manage the design, procurement, delivery and evaluation of executive education programmes to support leadership capability development in SME client companies. Jonathan programme manages the flagship programme, Leadership 4 Growth. He came to EI from lecturing and managing academic programmes Levels 6-10, holds a PhD in psychology and mentors with Professional Women’s Network Dublin.
