Patrick Benammar is the Learning & Development Vice-President for Renault Group since January 2018.

He animates the learning & skills development dynamics at Group level, collaborating with all the L&D teams in the functional academies and in the countries where Renault Group operates.

He is also the leader of ReKnow University since its creation in 2021.

Previously, he was Compensation, Benefits & Learning Director for a global automotive supplier (Valeo) for 13 years.

Formerly, he had different HR roles in Siemens France et in Dumez-GTM, after having lead Finance & Administration operations in an international construction group (GTM-Entrepose).
