Alessandra is Group Head of Skills and Head of L&D Europe. She started her career in Accenture, where she joined the Strategy team, and then moved to Vodafone Italia, where she covered roles of increasing responsibility in Marketing and CRM, both in B2C and B2B. In 2019 she joined the Italian HR team as Head of Resourcing, Culture, Learning & Development. In 2022 she was appointed Global Head of Skills at Vodafone within the Group HR department, leading the skills transformation process across all markets and functions. In 2024 she enlarged her role as EU Head of Learning and Development, driving people strategy on talent development, leadership and succession for European countries.
