Graeme heads up career development for Google; he has been working for the tech giant for the past three years. His journey to this point has been a long and winding road; he started out as a carer in a retirement home, joined a bank on a graduate scheme, worked his way up to partner in a global HR consulting firm, before moving to in-house roles a decade ago. The common thread for him is optimizing how organizations and humans interact to enable engagement, learning and performance; at different times his focus has been on leaders, individual contributors, talent segments and teams.
Beyond the professional sphere, he finds joy in a life filled with family (as a father of five), music (playing the piano, writing and producing songs), and exploration (on his trusty mountain bike, skis or a lifelong mission to explore our incredible world).
