Mirna has built her experience in HR in various Companies and many locations and missions. She started as an intern and built her career experiencing every aspect of HR. Mirna worked at Shell, Alstom, and Danfoss before joining Iveco Group as a Global head of Culture and Talent Management. She has also experienced working as a Consultant with KennedyFitch.

Mirna is driven by energizing people to find their purpose and their potential. She is a keen influencer in organizational structures towards humanizing the processes and focusing on outcomes.
