Stefania is passionate about people and how to bring the best out of individuals and teams to drive business results. She has 18+ years of experience as HR Business Partner in multinational companies and expertise in Tech Corporations. In the past she worked in different areas as Talent Acquisition, Process Improvement, Employer Branding. Stefania is currently People Partner at Cisco, aligned to sales organization for South & Central European countries and for EMEA Channel team. She started in Cisco taking care of Italy to grow in international roles in the last 4 years. Along her Cisco journey, she contributed to bring Cisco to the podium as Best Place to Work in the countries she is responsible for. She is taking care of multiple projects around hybrid work and she has been involved in programs related to digital nomadism to shape a new future of work. Stefania has a master’s degree in economics and a specialization in Innovation & Design Thinking. She is completing training to become a certified coach, prioritizing support to young generations. She lives near Milan and she is a mother of two.
