Baptistine has over 15 years of international experience in executive education, curriculum design, business development, relationship building and faculty relations. Her experience in the creation of bespoke corporate programs for talent development and leadership development has equipped her to deliver innovative solutions and drive results in the ever-evolving landscape of executive education. She joined ESSEC Business School in 2014 and was previously at Châteauform' and INSEAD.
