Cristina is a senior advisor and a trusted partner to many Gallup clients and is based in the London office. Cristina’s leadership and insights have helped her clients create high-performing workplace cultures through exceptional employee experiences, effective talent management, tailored learning solutions, strengths-based development, purpose driven leadership and thoughtful succession planning.

Cristina partners with her clients to understand their critical business objectives and designs solutions that are strategically aligned with their needs, helping drive organic growth through cultural and behavioural change. She oversees and engages global teams that include account leads, subject matter experts, learning consultants, research consultants and other specialists, ensuring insights, recommendations and solutions provided are focused on the client objectives, create impact, and deliver results.

Cristina completed her master’s degrees in psychology, and law and business from BPP University and has a bachelor’s degree in Law from University of Warwick.
