Carolyn Kerr has held various functions at KPMG since joining them in 2014, including RH Director and Learning & Development Director for the Advisory business, roles where she was responsible for setting the strategy and creating the department. She is also a member of KPMG’s Global Learning Council, contributing to the worldwide Learning Strategy. She is currently responsible for Partner Development. Her 25 year long career has seen her work in both internal Learning & Development and client-facing roles, and in the past has advised clients including Vodafone, T-Mobile and the BBC on strategic transformation projects. She has worked on projects across Europe and is fluent in English, French, German and Italian.
