Berry started his career in HR in 2003 as a training manager in the hospitality industry. During his career he has held several HR senior leadership, implementation and project management roles at world-class organisations such as the Walt Disney Company, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Royal Caribbean Cruises. Today Berry holds the position of Chief HR Officer at Accelya Group, the world's leading provider of airline financial and commercial solutions.

Berry is an active advocate for the development of the role of HR as an integral component of organisational leadership and has spoken on this subject at multiple global forums including SHRM in the USA and HRPA in Canada. He is also a guest lecturer on People and Strategy at ESADE business school in Barcelona and the Memorial University of Newfoundland in Canada.
