Smaranda is the Global Talent Counselor for McKinsey’s Digital and Analytics practice based in Dublin, Ireland where she develops people strategies for McKinsey’s client serving technology talent. With over 20 years’ experience in senior roles across Talent Strategy, Human Resources, Leadership Development and Organisational Change specifically in Technology and Artificial Intelligence some of her more recent roles focused on shaping McKinsey’s tech talent pathways and heading up global talent for QuantumBlack, McKinsey’s award-winning Artificial Intelligence arm.

Smaranda is an expert in leadership and an Executive Coach who has advised and worked with many Executives and senior leaders across functions and industries, with a distinct combination of deep psychological expertise, business and consulting experience. In 2017 she was appointed a Fellow of Cambridge Judge Business School where she teaches future women leaders and she was a finalist coach at the Cartier’s Women’s Initiative for female entrepreneurs. Smaranda delivers keynote speeches and leadership workshops at major conferences and world-renowned business schools.
