Tanja joined Ashridge in 2015 and serves as Managing Director for DACH & our wider Continental Europe region, based in Geneva, Switzerland. 

Tanja worked for over 12 years in the fast moving consumer goods industry in senior leadership roles at the Fortune 500 company Procter & Gamble, growing P&G’s multi-billion-dollar brand portfolio. In the four years prior to joining Ashridge, Tanja worked at Hult International Business School where she was a member of the academic MBA redesign team and headed the global business development and consultancy team.

Tanja serves on the board of the Marketing and Sales Association in Switzerland, and is a member of the Global Board Ready Women group. She is also passionate about charity and non-profit work for the Lions Clubs International and the Clinton Global Initiative.

Tanja has a master’s degree in International Economic Sciences through dual studies in the United States and Austria, with a specialism in international business, marketing strategy and finance. She also has a global Executive MBA from Hult, where she studied in Sao Paolo, Shanghai, Dubai, New York, San Francisco and London. Her mother tongue is German, and she also speaks English, French and Spanish.
