Nathalie leads INSEAD’s global business development teams which are focused on building corporate partnerships within Executive Education.  Nathalie also leads INSEAD’s Global Executive Coaching Team (IEC) that supports a vast majority of our corporate  and degree programmes in their leadership development. Nathalie’s global team focuses on the sales, development, design and delivery of custom executive corporate programmes with INSEAD faculty – delivering programmes designed for learning impact.

Nathalie joined INSEAD 7 years ago and is based on our Fontainebleau campus in France.

She is a French and German national who holds a BA degree in Psychology and Sociology from Exeter University, a Masters Degree in Sociology specialized in International Negotiation from the Sorbonne University (Paris V) and  a Postgraduate degree in European Geopolitics.

Prior to joining INSEAD, Nathalie spent 9 years in Ukraine where she was the Sponsorship and PR Director for the Institut Français d'Ukraine in Kiev.  She started her career in media in different international media organisations including 8 years as Account Director at BBC World in London.
