Jelle Tiepel is an individual with ASD and ADD who is actively seeking a fitting career. He finished his education at Fontys Hogeschool in Tilburg and received his Bachelor's degree in ICT-Media with a specialization in user experience design. Through Career Jumpstart, a program from Fontys to help students with special needs after their education, he has participated in multiple workshops and programs like the Career Fitness journey to further explore his capabilities and talents.

His wish is to help people through the use of innovative technologies such as virtual reality and artificial intelligence while using his empathetic and analytical capabilities. One example of this is from his internship at KIT/Mindlabs, where he made a virtual coach to help students with ASD and AD(H)D to plan, organize and evaluate tasks and work from school.
