Marco is a Learning and Talent Management professional with a passion for helping individuals and organizations develop the skills they need to succeed. With over 10 years of international experience working with NGOs and multinationals from various industries, he has worked in Costa Rica, Mexico, Georgia, Hungary, and is currently based in Spain. He has worked for leading-industry companies and organizations like AIESEC, PBS, Tata Consultancy Services, Genpact, and currently works as the Global Learning and Project Manager for the SoftwareOne Academy.

Marco specializes in soft skills training and development, with a focus on topics such as leadership, communication, teamwork, public speaking, problem-solving, adaptability, time management, and emotional intelligence, among others. He employs an engaging, interactive, and tailored approach to meet the unique needs of each group or individual he works with.

In his free time, Marco enjoys learning and exchanging ideas with others. You can often find him cooking delicious dishes or exploring new cultures and places through travel.
