Kati Illikainen serves as a Director, Partnerships at the Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development (Aalto EE) in Helsinki, Finland. Ms. Illikainen has worked in various positions and in different business areas at Aalto EE, including customized solutions, executive programs, and MBA programs. She also served as the Executive Director of Aalto EE Singapore in 2012-2015.

Ms. Illikainen has experience working with different partners and in various international programs that Aalto EE has managed e.g. in Singapore, Taiwan, South Korea, Indonesia, USA, Spain, Iran, and Tanzania, in line with Aalto EE´s purpose to build a better world through better leadership.
