Linda is responsible for the overall strategic client partnership and leads the team that designs, delivers and evaluates our client custom programmes.
She has spent the last fifteen years working with a wide range of organisations to develop individual and organisational capability to ensure sustainable competitive advantage.
Linda has worked with clients across a range of sectors to interpret their business challenges in order to co-design high impact learning interventions. She has considerable global experience working with clients from Malaysia, China, The Middle East, Japan, India, USA and across Europe.
Previous clients include Abu Dhabi Executive Council, Dubai Holdings and ADWEA, Accenture, Arup, Petronas and Ford whilst current clients include ADQ, Etihad, Emirates Steel, TAQA, Etihad Rail, Abu Dhabi Ports, ADNEC, Aramco, Tata Group, IBM, Saudi Industrial Development Fund, Nestle, Randstad, Sika, Jardines and FAB Bank.
For the last 7 years Linda has developed considerable expertise in the area of assessing impact in custom interventions having been selected to be a judge on the panel of the EFMD to assess impact in Executive Education. She also sits on the EFMD steering committee for the Excellence in Practice Conference, a global consortium of organisations and leading business schools.
Linda has been a platform speaker at the International Consortium for Executive Development Research and the European Foundation for Management Development.
Linda was on the steering committee of the first Global Digital Learning Consortium, a coalition of organisations who have formed to drive the impact of digital “omni-learning”.
Linda has chaired the fundraising activities of several charitable organisations and is an accredited Executive Coach.
