Alexandre is the Global Head of People Analytics & Insights at Brambles. His main focus is on driving the global People Analytics agenda, supporting the development of a more data-driven culture in HR, building the right skills for the future, generating business impact with Data Analytics and enabling the HR Community, Business leaders and Managers with direct access to analytics solutions that allow actionable People insights. His team is also involved in growing analytics capabilities to meet Brambles future needs and Safety plans.

Alex has been at Brambles for nine years. Prior to Brambles he held global positions in HR and Finance with a particular focus on business transformation and digital enablement.
