Joana Campello has developed her activity in the pharmaceutical industry over the last 20 years – with extensive experience in manufacturing, technology transfer, quality, and outsourcing.

She has complemented her experience with several additional degrees, highlighting an MBA from AESE/IESE Business School in 2013.

Joana currently works as Business Development Director in a Pharmaceutical company and has also started her own agro-business with an Almond Orchard in 2020.

Since 2014 she has been a Teaching Fellow in Operations, Technology and Innovation, at AESE Business School, and has been, since 2017, invited lecturer to the Masters in Regulation and Evaluation of Medicines in the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Lisbon University.

Joana is also a Program Director at AESE Business School, headlining LEAP – Leadership Accelerator
