Duygu is an innovative leader & passionate strategist with a diverse background in strategic Human Resources. She has been focusing on global & big-scale projects on Culture, Transformation, Leadership Development, Talent Management, Performance Management and Wellbeing, incl. marketing and product management. For 18 years with a passion for creating a meaningful impact on employee and customer experience, she is particularly engaging in leading & designing organizationally critical programs that are responsive to changing demands and customer orientation. She is a believer in CX & UX practices and an early adopter of innovative tools & methods.

Currently, she is striving for Employee Wellbeing globally at Deutsche Telekom together with her Team spread over Europe.

She is originally an Economist, now bridging gaps between business and organizational mindfulness, lifelong learning and personal growth. Duygu also has over 9 years of experience in the nonprofit sector and is a dedicated philanthropist. She is an AIESEC Alumni and since 2015 a Business & Career Coach. She has lived and worked in Turkey, USA and Germany and currently living in Bonn, Germany and enjoying the cherry blossom season with her family.
