Natasa Prodanovic is the Head of Lean and Agile Center of Excellence at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company – one of the world’s largest bottlers and partners of The Coca-Cola Company.
Natasa is an award-winning professional focused on continuous improvement. During her 18 years professional career in HR, Natasa gained extensive experience through diverse roles, from Business Partnering to the Group Talent Director. As a Group HR Transformation Leader, she was responsible for design and implementation of the new HR Operating model, successfully implemented across the company in 2016.
In her current role as the Head of Lean and Agile Center of Excellence, Natasa’s main responsibility is to accelerate building of Lean and Agile Capabilities across CCHBC, by driving cultural change and innovative working models, developing frameworks and methodology, conveying the significance of Lean and Agile working to company leaders, identifying and resolving barriers to the use of scaling new ways of working and supporting the countries in implementing and adopting the Agile approach across Europe, Asia and Africa.
Being inspired by multiple learning opportunities, Natasa graduated psychology and psychotherapy, successfully completing a number of Leadership and HR courses in IMD, IEDC and University of Michigan.
