Cédric is a creative and strategic digital learning expert and performance partner, with 20+ years’ experience (AXA, Hays Plc, Wiley/CrossKnowledge). He also completed an Executive MBA (ESSEC Business School) and an International Masterclass in L&D Leadership (IE & Nyenrode Business School). He is a detective when it comes to finding learner-centric solutions and new ways of building capabilities in the hybrid workplace. Cédric joined Insight222 in August 2021 to lead and develop Insight222's upskilling offering for HR practitioners.
